2.1 All payments made to Shri Infotech Solution are non-refundable.
2.2 We do not provide refunds or credits for any partially used services or for any services that have not been fully utilized.
3.1 In the event of exceptional circumstances, Shri Infotech Solution may, at its sole discretion, consider a refund or credit on a case-by-case basis.
3.2 Any exceptions to the no-refund policy will be subject to approval by Shri Infotech Solution management.
